Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for activity that occurs under your account.

Content and data

Concert Atlas indexes public concert information from third-party sources. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. You should confirm important details with the orchestra or venue directly.

Payments

Paid plans, if offered, are processed through Stripe. Pricing, billing periods, and subscription changes are shown at checkout or in the customer portal. Refunds are handled only as required by law or our written policies.

Intellectual property

The Concert Atlas site, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party orchestra names, logos, and concert data belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, or used the service in a harmful way.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concert Atlas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
