This policy explains what information Concert Atlas collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, account details, saved searches, alert settings, and subscription information.
We also collect limited technical data when you use the site, including IP address, browser information, device information, and request logs used for security, debugging, and rate limiting.
How we use information
We use information to:
- provide concert search and saved-search features
- send email alerts for saved searches when enabled
- manage accounts, authentication, and subscriptions
- process payments and billing through Stripe
- maintain site security, prevent abuse, and improve performance
- respond to support requests
Data sources
Concert Atlas indexes public concert information from orchestra websites and related public sources. We do not publish private user data as part of this indexing.
Service providers
We share data only with service providers that help operate the site, including:
- Clerk for authentication and account management
- Supabase/PostgreSQL for data storage
- Stripe for payments and subscriptions
- Resend for alert emails
- Hosting and infrastructure providers needed to run the application
Cookies and sessions
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, preserve session state, and support authentication and security features.
Retention
We keep account data, saved searches, and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
Your choices
- You can update or delete saved searches from your account.
- You can disable alerts for a saved search at any time.
- You can manage subscriptions through Stripe's customer portal when available.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
Children
Concert Atlas is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
